Going Live

This page provides details about steps you must take to get a live Anchor environment enabled (and start moving real money).

Overview

Welcome to the Go-Live Guide, your resource for smooth transition from sandbox to live on Anchor. By following the steps below, you’ll be ready to process real-money transactions via our APIs with confidence.

1. Complete Your Integration

Before you can go live with our platform, it's crucial that your integration with our APIs is complete. This involves integrating your system with our services and thoroughly testing the functionality in sandbox. Please click here to request access to our sandbox.

Do the following:

  • Sign in on Anchor and get access to the dashboard
  • Create API keys for sandbox/test environment
  • Integrate your app with the required Anchor APIs.
  • Test your key flows (onboarding, funding, transfers, payouts, etc.).
  • Join our slack channel for real time support

2. SLA Execution

Once integration and testing are complete, we’ll share our Service Level Agreement (SLA). You’ll need to complete the onboarding questionnaire and sign the SLA.

This formalises responsibilities and service expectations on both sides.

3. Pre-Go-Live Call

We’ll schedule a short video call with your team before enabling live access. On this call, you will:

  • Walk us through your use cases and how you’ll use Anchor.

  • Demo your key customer flows.

  • Confirm how fees are configured (billed to your Master Account or passed to customers).

  • Address any remaining compliance or KYB items.

We may request additional business information depending on your use case and regulatory requirements.

4. KYB Approval & Go-Live

After the call, we’ll review and approve your KYB documentation. Once approved:

  • Your organisation is moved to Live.

  • A root Master Account is created automatically.

  • Additional root accounts (e.g. Revenue or Ops) may be created based on your use case.

If fees are charged to your Master Account, keep it funded to avoid delays or failed transactions.

FAQ: How long does it take to go-live on Anchor?

It varies. We have seen organisations go live in 24hours after their integration. However, when there are documents to be provided depending on the business registration, this might take days to for the completion of this process.
